Chef Dane Shaw, creates an exciting, modern bistro menu, using inspirations from around the world. Whilst old favourites such as the fish & chips or soufflé remain a permanent menu item,  a wide selection of Appetisers, Entrees, Mains, Desserts & Petits Fours are available, to accommodate all tastes & dietary requirements.
