Victorian Wine Flight $19.5 (four 75ml tasters)
Select four of the following wines to create your very own flight. A wonderful opportunity to sample wines from the Mornington Peninsula to King Valley, from vintages ranging from 2001 to 2007, from varietals ranging from sparkling to shiraz… and everything inbetween!
04 Yarrabank Cuvee Sparkling - Yarra Valley, Victoria
A very good mousse with wonderfully fresh, crisp, lively and delicate; rose petals, stone fruit and strawberry float somewhere in the background!
07 Fairbank Viognier — Central Victoria, Victoria
Good intensity, with a roasted nut and floral approach. In the same mould than precedent vintages, this viognier 2007 is different because of the touch of residual sugar (6 g/l). 01 Willow Creek “Tulum” Chardonnay —Mornington Peninsula, Victoria

06 Tomboy Hill Rebellion Pinot Noir—Ballarat, Victoria
Notes of spice, stem and oak on the bouquet; a particularly intense, spicy savoury palate, the varietal fruits at its heart. This vineyard is producing some of the best rated 2006
pinots in the country.
05 Gapsted Merlot—King Valley, Victoria and Barossa Valley, South Australia
The nose is plummy fruitcake, juicy cherry and licorice aromas underpinned with five spice and marzipan. The palate has soft plummy ripe red fruit flavours richly underpinned with sweet fruit and velvety soft tannins. The finish is weighty, warn and persistent.
01 Tallarook Shiraz—Central Victoria, Victoria
Aromas of forest berries and apricot fruit. These characters follow through to the palate along with a hint of raisin toast, to finish alongside well balanced tannins.
